Square Bouldering Wall Files
Square Bouldering Wall Files
THIS IS NOT A PHYSICAL PRODUCT, THEY ARE FILES THAT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY EMAILED TO YOU AFTER PURCHASE.
WHAT IS IT?
These are 3D files (.DXF, .step) of a bouldering wall panel. These panels can be screwed into the studs in a wall and used for bouldering, typically by children in the home. There is a .STEP file that is a 3D model of the panel and two .DXF files that can be used to cut the panel out, one with counterbores for 3/8-16 tee nuts and one without. Use the file with counterbores when mounting the panel to drywall, the counterbore will protect your wall surface. Counterbore is about .125-.15 inches deep.
HOW DO I MAKE IT?
These files are meant to be cut on a CNC router out of a 3/4 inch thick piece of plywood.
Caution and good judgement should be used when constructing climbing panels, we are not responsible for injuries or damages that occur as a result from the use of these files.
